5. How and for how long will your data be stored?

The data collected by Datamar will be used and stored for the time necessary to provide the service or for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy to be achieved, considering the rights of data holders and controllers.

Once the personal data storage period has ended, they will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, except for the cases legally provided in article 16 (LGPD), namely:

II – Malicious actions of third parties, such as hacker attacks, except if proven negligent or deliberate conduct of Datamar.
